Route description

Stage 7 is the Queen stage! Not only the 156 kilometres and hallucinating 3.644 metres climbing, bus especially the climb of two famous and iconic mountains in Switzerland: Grimselpass (2.165m) and the Furkapass (2.429m). This is the highest col of our Grande Corsa; our CIMA COPPI.

The day will start with a nice tour passing the beautiful Thunersee. From there we can see the two magic cols we have to conquer today. First the 27 km climb to the Grimselpass. After a decent of 5 km we have to face the 11 km climb to the Furkapass. Then we will join a beautiful and 19 km long decent to arrive in Andermatt.
